Advancing Through Levels:
- Sweet Level: Accumulated spend of $0 – $6,999 USD
- Flirty Level: Accumulated spend of $7,000 – $14,999 USD

- The program applies to Temptation Cancun Resort, Desire Riviera Maya Resort, and Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort.
- Discounts and benefits start applying from the first booking made after registering for the program.
- Only the value of the room is accumulable on each reservation; additional services purchased along with the reservation will not be added to your Stay & Play balance.
- The program applies to room-only reservations, not to hotel + flight packages.
- Accumulated reservations are valid for 2 years.
- Each level is valid for 2 years. If you do not remain active during those 2 years, you will return to the previous level; the accumulated amount will remain the same, but you will need to make a new reservation at the current level to return to the level you were before the downgrade.
- The 5% cash back is via PayPal or gift card through The Guestbook program.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- This program is personal and non-transferable; you cannot reserve under another person’s name.
- Cannot be combined with Premier members’ promotions and/or benefits.
- Cruise discounts and benefits will apply to the cabin portion of the booking, starting from the first booking after registering for the program. Applies to one cabin per cruise sailing. The cabin must be booked while staying at one of our resorts or through our call center.
